Brought my frames here to get lenses placed. I was greated right as I walked in, even as the worker was helping another customer. The store has a desk for two people, but she was the only person in the shop. As I waited, I could tell she was very friendly and willing to take her time with her customers. She was helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. She did tell me that she doesn't work here most days, she was just filling in. I was happy I was able to ger lenses placed in frames not bought here. When asked how long it would take, I was kind of surprised when she told me 2 weeks. At past optical shops, I would usually get them back within a week. Overall, I was happy with my experience.

I loved this place. The glasses selection could be larger but I was still able to find a pair I love. The best part about going here is the staff. They are very personable and not in a rush. Just remember to sign in when you walk in.
