Poor from the beginning. Chang (Perkins near Essen) rushed the entire time. Failed to do as I requested, she’s more focused on side work and closing. She did not even do the regular manicure glory as they previously did at Exotic. When mentioning my concerns she had no effort to make the experience better.I was a previous client on a regular basis years ago. I will never bring my business back to Exotic.

Female worker had no help to assist her. She rushed, and did a nail gel and polish changed on toes. A few days later two nails were chipped. Sloppy painting, nails are uneven, shape is incorrect. Poor services

got gel nails, went swimming the same day and they all peeled off, this was the first and last time i will be going here. other places i've gone have never done this.
