Love the Government Street location. The young lady that works there is super kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. This is my new favorite place and can’t wait to see what they do for pumpkins and Christmas trees!

I went online to see what kind of garden centers are in Baton Rouge to visit while I was on a trip from SC. I loved the character of pics online of D’s Garden Center so I decided that was the one. I am so glad I did! It is a very cute garden center with it’s own style and uniqueness. I bought several plants to take home with me and the girl that assisted me while there was so friendly and accommodating. If I ever make it back to Baton Rouge I will definitely visit again!

My daughter has a pet aloe named Henry. According to her, Henry is her son. Plant parents get it..even if it doesnt make sense to me!I took my kid and her son to meet Bryce. Get this...the young man has a degree in agriculture/horticulture. Who would've thought?!!!Anyways, Henry was dying and he was infested with gnats. Bryce replanted him and showed us what kind of soil to use.My daughter wants to volunteer her time there so that's her new commitment.Bryce, thank you for everything. You are amazing.
