I first visited Dr. Heard several months ago after seeking treatment from an Orthopedic Surgeon, Neuro Surgeon, Pain Management, physical therapy, and another chiropractic clinic. By the time I found Dr. Heard, I had 3 MRI's and was on pain and nerve medicine. Within two months of treatment with Dr. Heard, I was able to stop taking Norco and Gabapentin. Each visit with Dr. Heard was followed by a significant reduction in pain. I rated my pain level an 8 on my first visit. Two months later, my pain was down to a 2. Wow! Dr. Heard enabled me to resume a productive and pain-free lifestyle. I am incredibly blessed to have found him, and I highly recommend him to everyone, especially those who are at their wits end from enduring chronic pain. Dr. Heard is incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and it's "trigger points." There's help to be found at this clinic.
In 2017 I moved to baton rouge. On new years eve I found myself in the hospital with serve back pain. The hospital sent me home with an almost $700 bill and 2 prescriptions. I went home and just kept getting worse could hardly move. Couldn't get off the couch. When Monday came I knew I had to do something so I looked up chiropractors and I came across Dr. Heard. I called spoke to the lovely lady on the other end of the phone and she put me in for that same day. I walked into the office and immediately felt like I had been a patient there for years. Dr. Heard spoke to me about my life and what brought me to his office. He adjusted me at the first visit and I immediately felt so much better. I could walk normal again and the pain was gone. I wish I found Dr. Heard before I wasted money at the hospital. I will continue to visit the office as needed.
