I took my vehicle here and unfortunately it was the timing chain that needed to be replaced. They gave me their honest advice and told me not to put the money into the motor with it having high mileage. I really appreciate the honesty. They genuinely cared which is really hard to find nowadays. THANK YOU! Also, customer service was amazing. Just the whole experience was great.
Christian Brothers has been the most attentive and detail-oriented automotive shop I’ve used, and I continue coming back because of their thoroughness and quality of work.They keep you updated via text, they call you to step you through everything. They provide photos and videos of issues for your warranty company.I have other closer choices for auto services, but I drive 20 miles out of my way to go to Christian Brothers because of their customer service and their work.
They worked quickly to get my parts, schedule me to come in and got a major repair done in one day for me. Always kind and the level of communication cannot be beat. I have found my mechanic for life!
