I have been training at Central Karate LA for the past six months, and I am incredibly impressed with this school. The instructors are highly skilled and knowledgeable, and they provide clear, detailed instruction that has helped me to make significant progress in my training.What really sets Central Karate LA apart, however, is the sense of community and support that they foster. My son has been attending Central Karate for over a year and we love it. It is like family and I love the instructors. They have taught him so much more than just kicking and punching, they teach respect, self control, and discipline but in such a fun environment that he loves going. Tang Soo Do

I wasn't quite sure what to think about my special needs son joining karate. I had heard that martial arts would be good for him, but would Tang Soo Do be the right one. Ten months later I can say for certain that it was! His core strength has improved tremendously. We no longer go to Occupational Therapy because he gets what he needs from Central Karate. Also, Tang Soo Do is a military style M.A. so therefore he is now saying Yes Sir and Yes Ma'am more then he ever did before.
