Terry was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service.
Contractors who built our house in 2022 did not seal any vents and did not hook up our dehumidifier. We are left with mold in 2 out of 3 of our bathrooms, our hall closet and light fixtures, and condensation on many of our vents.
Terry was able to seal the vents and hook up the dehumidifier plus some other things. We are now ready for the mold to be cleaned.
Bell did a great job on both occasions. They are very conscientious and dedicated to fixing the issue - fully explaining to the customer what the problem was and what steps they have taken.
Bell tech came out to fix ac that had issues on our new build. The next day the parts came in and the following days they came to install new parts. Everything worked out great, they were flexible with our schedule. Would I call them back for any ac issue? Yup! Thank you!
