We had needed Bell to come out and reattach our vent stack after it had come off of the furnace. Initially they were not available for 3 days. They were able to call back later and got someone out that same day. The man who came (sorry I didn't catch his name), was very polite and handled the job with ease. Huge relief to know it was done right-before any CO2 went in to my home.

Great communication, fast response, the technician found our problem quick and corrected. The technician was very nice and explained what he had found in detail. Would definitely use them again.
