Allstar Chevy North on Plank Road is the worse that I have ever had to deal with. My husband took his 2024 Chevy 2500 pickup that he has not had for a year yet to the dealership because the truck is hesitating, and the check engine light is constantly coming on. I was called and told that he could pick up his truck because it was fixed that the technician drove his truck and there was nothing wrong with it. Please keep in mind he had to get someone to pick him up from the dealership after dropping it off and he had to have someone bring him back to pick it up. A little less than a week later the truck was having the same problem, so it was taken back to the dealership... read full review

Saga of the Pre-owned Lincoln Nautilus continues. There are always things you look for when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle.... Body chips/marks, tires, interior, etc.... These are a few of what I think is a top "10" list.... In no previous pre-owned purchase did/does inspection sticker come up. There has never been a time where an inspection sticker was not on the vehicle; except this time... I never even looked to see if there really was one and since my wife drives it exclusively it was never noticed; until I drove it on a vacation.... I was stunned that the vehicle had NO inspection....!!! I continue to question this dealership .... read full review

All star ford in denham springs does warranty work and returns your car with interior and body damage. The service department does not apologize or try to repair the damage. I would not bring my car to this service department if you want it back without damage being done.
