Lori is AMAZING! She managed to fix a completely botched color correction on me (done somewhere else) while giving me the exact look (color and cut) I wanted from the start. Their customer service was amazing as I had some urgent needs that they were able to work in. The spa is a beautiful and serene mid-city renovation and the owner is awesome.
