We hired this guy, shawn jackson, to repair our roof. We all signed an agreement stating the scope of work and agreed price. We gave this an initial payment (1/2 down) to start the repair. shawn jackson started scrapping all the gravel and tar off the roof. He did 1 day worth of work in an entire week. He came back complaining that it's too much work for the price. We re-negotiate our contract and gave him more money for the same amount of work.
