The staff is nice enough, but this is THE most uncoordinated place I have ever encountered! Oh my goodness..no one EVER calls you back, no one EVER knows ANYTHING, it's always "someone else's problem or job". You get literally one excuse after another! I have been trying to get my aunt's dentures taken care of for literally over 2 months now. Because they dragged their feet in the beginning, her dentures broke! She finally got the authorization to get them and was told it would be 2-3 weeks more. So here we are a month later, she still has no teeth, no one is returning our calls, or can answer our questions. We get told they're only in this office on Thursdays so we wait again til Thursday and call, get transferred and have to leave a voice mail for the "coordinator", don't get a call back, so I call yet again at 2:40pm in the afternoon and they're "already gone for the day"! I don't know who is running this facility but they're useless,unprofessional, and completely incompetent!!! I can not wait til we get done with them because we will NEVER use this facility again for ANYTHING!!!
