“I got "Lucy" from a rescue in Arkansas a couple years ago. Viking has been my go-to clinic for her medical and grooming needs. In March 2024 Lucy was in the back yard on her cable dog run when a neighbor's dog entered the back yard and mauled Lucy badly. It was 5pm (close to closing time) when I called the clinic and they said if I could get her there before 5:30 they would stay and tend to her needs. I'm 15 miles away but made it there in 20 minutes. The staff was so kind and comforting. I knew Lucy was in good hands right away. Lucy had to stay with them a few days and had several follow-up visits but she is finally well. Many, many thanks to Viking Hospital for being there in Lucy's time of need. I'll never take Lucy anywhere else.“

However, since Dr Liz Brown bought and operates this clinic the professionalism and quality of care are off the charts. Dr Liz is by far the absolute best vet that I've ever had the pleasure to work with. She is extremely thorough, knowledgeable and caring. Additionally, she has assembled an allstar staff. “I was very impressed by the quality of care we received at our appointment. Dr. Mouser was very knowledgeable and engaging. She created a welcoming environment for my dog and provided us with exceptional care. I appreciated her attention to detail throughout the appointment. “So, first of all it's weird but my dog used to go to another vet that has now closed. But I carry my dog in a book bag sometimes, and when she would go into the other vet she would just start shaking. It was weird, I thought it was just vets but when I bought her here the first time she was her normal self barking at the bigger dog that was in the waiting room. I'm not sure what she was smelling at the other place. So I like this vet because you don't have to make a appointment. They have like two set times you can go like three hours in the morning and another three after lunch. That's actually great because most times with the exception of shots and nails when you want to go to the vet you want to go right than its usually a emergency to you. The prices are reasonable commiserate with any other vet I have been too. And although they don't have appointments on the busiest time I went I only had to wait about 20 minutes. It's clean it doesn't smell and the vet is very knowledgeable. She suggested I give my dog a medicine and at first I was like Chile please! But it actually was the good thing lol.“
