I wasn't the one who made reservations, but everything appeared to flow smoothly and we had a great time. We arrived a bit later than expected... like at least a half hour. But we were able to get ready for the track within 10 minutes. If you look at the map... it's a HUGE track. It's sectioned off, though -- not sure what the tiers and levels are and such, but it's pretty epic. The waiting room has a couple racing games and claw machines, and there are electronic monitors and QR codes for you to sign waivers. When called to the back to prepare to race, there's a 2 minute video, and the helmets are neatly organized on the shelves by size for you... read full review

Great krewe here! The staff is the best!!!! My kids and their friends always have a great time here on the go kart track!!! (I'm sure if we lived less than 1 hr 20 mins away we'd be here a lot!)
