“I am person who checks out reviews.. I called around looking for a reasonable price to get a pedicure. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant, and said now was a good time. They're werent busy. I haven't had my feet done in two months and didn't want a “quick†job. Turns out they have been open for 11 years and I can see why! She patiently played with colors for me until I saw l loved. They another woman doing my nails took such great care & detail. Very, very happy to have found exotic nails in Arabi!“

“Felt very obligated to leave this review because I don't think my engagement photos would have turned out even half as great without Kim encouraging me and leaving me with an amazing Blow Out.I was in town visiting and also getting my engagement photos done when I woke up the last day, right before our shoot, with food poisoning. I was just trying to make it the best I could even though I felt horrid. Upon walking in for my appt, Kim could tell I wasn't feeling 100% and immediately started offering suggestions or remedies to help. Since I was the only one in the salon, she even put the A/C on blast for me and brought me a hand fan and tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible throughout the entire service. Close to finishing with my hair, I said something like "I can do this" and Kim was just so sweet and said some of the most encouraging words to give me the final push of energy I needed. My hair looked amazing even if I didn't feel that way and even as I was walking out the door, she told me one more time "You got this. It's only one hour and the photos are going to turn out amazing!"Kim, how right you were! Without her (and my photographer who was equally as patient and kind) I really don't think I would have had the strength to make it through the day let alone the shoot and it just goes to show...you can be good at your job but kindness and compassion can go so much farther.Thank you so much to Buff Beauty Bar and my girl Kim. Anytime I'm in Nola, I will make it an occasion to get pampered by you :)“

“I found this place ironically by using google after being so aggravated with going to shops paying a lot of money for nails that didn't last. From the moment I called on the phone to make an appt I felt valuable and cared for. When I walked in the Salon Lyn addressed me by name and was extremely nice.Bee did my nails and was very strategic and professional in her techniques. A few days later a nail broke. I called and they immediately rescheduled me to come in for a repair with no questions asked, no negotiating that it wasnt there fault or no type of inconvenience.
