I had a great experience today . Miss Karen made me feel so comfortable and more importantly she made me feel comfortable with my own body. It was my first time getting waxed and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I would really like to respond to the gift certificate ordeal.. I can't get to that particular page site but that gift card was over 3 years old. The expiration date was CLEARLY marked as it was sold by a marketing company . The expiration date was for 6 months. We were open during COVID and extended the date 2 times that year, posted it numerous times on fb and other sites.
