“I replaced all my windows. I highly recommend Jim Olivier for window replacement. The sales process was so informative without a high pressure sales "pitch". They came out and measured my windows twice with different people measuring to ensure accuracy. They kept me up to date on the status of the order at all times. The installer was wonderful! He is a true professional. He was so friendly, worked quickly, and cleaned everything up completely. The windows are beautiful and are so much more insulating than my old windows. I will definitely use Jim Olivier again if I need any other home improvements.“
