A pipe in a closet wall in the master bedroom ruptured causing flooding in the bedroom and under the baseboards leading into the hallway, kitchen and breakfast room. Chase and Aaron from SERVPRO initially came out to check for residual moisture in all those areas, immediately removed wet baseboards and quarter round and placed 7 blowers and a dehumidifier in the impacted rooms. They are very professional, personable and experienced. SERVPRO made themselves available during every step of the mitigation process. Chase and Aaron came out daily to take new moisture readings and adjust the blower and dehumidifier setup. They patiently listened to and answered all of my questions.... read full review
