The staff was very polite and friendly. But I went Easter weekend to get my hair straightened I have natural hair that’s not at all hard to manage. And now I have SEVERE damage to my hair. Usually I can get a silk press and never ever have heat damage ever. But my stylist moved away and I tried this place out. Now my curls are most definitely not reverting back. My hair still smells burnt I washed it and deep conditioned it for an hour. Now I’m sure I have to CHOP my hair.. I believe it was the old school tools that was used. But my fault for booking last minute on Easter weekend. Customer service was good. The stylist that did my hair just wasn’t trained...read full review
