We had a hole in our roof for over a full year getting the run around from the insurance. Jacob ducote was very helpful and patient along the way. He even re tarped it when the one I put up started to leak while we were still waiting on the money. Overall great experience and will definitely be using him again for anything we need
Such a wonderful and ease of experience with Ducote roofing! Jacob came out very quick to access things after almost an entire year of waiting on other roofers to even start the job and continuously being told in “two weeks.” Very honest and stuck to his word with everything and went above and beyond to make sure things were done right. His crew was fast and efficient and great clean up! Highly recommend!!
