I am thankful that this clinic is open 24/7 and could help me with my dog. I have to hand it to Dr Paul for doing an evaluation and determining the correct way to treat him. She was spot on when what I thought was totally different. Again I thank this Doctor for treating my dog Jude. Excellent X-rays and Doctors report for me to use at my primary veterinary clinic out of town. Again Thank you Dr Paul.
Had to bring my cat in after hours, but by the time we got there, he was already too far gone. They were incredibly compassionate and kind, and allowed me to hold him as he took his last breaths. The doctor was very caring and considerate, as was the other staff. We felt very well taken care of. After my cat passed, they gave us a box to take him home in, and later, I received a sympathy card in the mail from them, even though they didn't actually have a chance to treat him. Amazing team here and I absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone ?
Crossroads helped us recently when we rushed our dog, Sam, in with major injuries from being attacked by a bigger dog. They were quick to act in trying to save his life. Unfortunately, our dog didn’t make it. We were so upset by what happened that we didn’t get to thank the crossroads team as much as we should have for being so quick to try and help Sam. Thank you for your professionalism and your card we received in the mail expressing your condolences!
