Julie with scheduling is so helpful in explaining the different types of ceramic coating and helping choose the one I needed. It was very easy and quick to schedule my appointment. John at Ceramic Pro in Alexandria is very friendly and professional. He kept me informed through the entire process including a few minor issues which I really appreciated. I got the Ion 7 year, window tint on my front two windows and the UV tint for my windshield. This morning I went outside and sprayed Windex on the bugs from my drive home yesterday evening and they literally wiled off with a microfiber towel. I am more than pleased with Ceramic Pro, their staff and services. Definitely recommend!
