The ladies were very kind and helpful, even recommended a few places I could apply for a loan if I wasn't approved with their company. The young lady I dealt with was truly amazing! She even answered some questions I had about stuff that had nothing to do with their business or my loan. Questions about video games. The women that you have working in the Alexandria, Louisiana location, they make you feel comfortable, like their everyday people because they are. People who are struggling just the same as the rest of us. They were understanding and they truly wanted to help.
