I recently purchased rental property that had visibility neglected carpet. I thought of replacing it but decided to try this company for a good clean. I'm highly satisfied with service. The owner educated me on carpets and explained it should be professionally cleaned at least once a year. For a carpet that's been in place for over a decade and never cleaned, the owner did a really good job restoring it.
I reached out to Mr. Julian after my dog had an accident on my couch. Understanding the urgency of the situation, he gave me some tips to try to mitigate my stain problems until he could make it over. He explained that he was finishing up a project, but understood the time-sensitive matter at hand to prevent permanent staining. He came that evening (after 5:00 pm) because he knew that it was an emergency. He did a fantastic job on my couch and I am extremely appreciative of his eagerness to help.
