I had a therapeutic massage. I slept wrong and woke up in pain and with limited movement. I had a one hour massage. Leah was awesome. She's really knowledgeable about muscle anatomy and helped me regain movement and lessen my pain. I will be a return customer.

I had a session today with Leah at Best for YOU. I have to say this was a great experience from the ease of scheduling to the massage experience. Leah has great knowledge. She has many year of not only massage experience but healthcare as well. She took time to work on complaint areas and afterward explained how I could/should stretch going forward. I will definitely be back!
