Stematic sent the best Tech, Mike, out!!!!! Extremely professional but friendly and down to earth and so well mannered. The receptionist, Ashlyn is so welcoming and friendly. Chris did a miracle in my apartment. I’m amazing and astonished at the outstanding job he did. He was extremely attentive to the problem areas and left my carpets as if they were brand new. My granddaughter was amazed once she finally looked through the apartment and saw how Chris transformed it. This is my first time using this company and I will always continue to use them. I called several different Roofing contractors fir my area. I had one tell me it wasn't worth his time to come give me an estimate. Other didn't bothering calling be back. CALEB with Powford Contractors called me and set up appointment. There was a delay in getting started with the project due to a medical concern. however I was kept inform and he kept in touch. Powford hired two great teams to do the work on my house. The Roofing team was quick and did an amazing job. The sheet rock team was absolutely fantastic and amazing with the work they did. The job wasn't rushed and Wayne and Zayne made sure the job was done and done right. Thank you Caleb. I recommend Powford Contractors for any work you need done. Your teams did an outstanding job
I replaced all my windows. I highly recommend Jim Olivier for window replacement. The sales process was so informative without a high pressure sales "pitch". They came out and measured my windows twice with different people measuring to ensure accuracy. They kept me up to date on the status of the order at all times. The installer was wonderful! He is a true professional. He was so friendly, worked quickly, and cleaned everything up completely. The windows are beautiful and are so much more insulating than my old windows. I will definitely use Jim Olivier again if I need any other home improvements.

Was at Rapides Medical Center sitting with my Grandpa. Needed a haircut and found this place within walking distance from there. I walked in and immediately felt like I was sitting in an ole time barber shop like when I was a little boy. When I got to chatting with Roland the owner and barber, I began to feel like I was part of the family. I told him what I wanted and he did just what I asked him to do. If you are wanting a very memorable experience then DEFINENTLY go to House of Styles and meet Roland its an experience you wont soon forget.

Been using this place for some time now and everyone of the ladies knows her stuff. So it doesnt matter who's chair you sit in, they are all great. As far as services, like a few others have claimed, Ive been to most of the local shops here and they fall short of what they do here. The atmosphere reminds me of sitting with relatives and talking about most anything, and when other people come in, its like other relatives just happen to be dropping by for a chat. Id recommend this place to any of our LEO's and Military as they can give you the haircut you are needing to be within hair and grooming regulations.

Cleanliness: A very clean place..
Visited while I was in town for a long weekend. I asked for hot pink nails with the chrome finish powder on top. My tech did a great job shaping my nails and trimming my cuticles. She evenly applied the gel color, which as you can see from the pics, hasn’t chipped in 8 days (photo taken not in direct sunlight).
But the chrome powder application could have been better - during application, the powder settled in certain parts of my nail and the pink gel bubbled. So, even after top coat, the nails are not smooth and even. (They look great from a distance though.)
Finally, the station could have been cleaner. There was nail dust all over the tools and the countertop was grainy. A quick wipe down of the station between guests would have gone a long way.
My friends and I love to come here for manicures and pedicures and I usually get my eyebrows waxed as well. The staff are friendly and gentle and always make us look good! The rates are what you would expect in this area and they have a list of different pedicure options, some with special ingredients, hot stones, hot towels, and you can customize your experience. Plenty of selections on polish colors and types like gel or dip. I always love coming here and being pampered. They do a fantastic job and I recommend them to anyone!
Cleanliness: The salon is very clean every time I come and so are the utensils they use. I have never had any issues with my nails after service here and I have been coming a few years now.

I patronized a different salon and was not pleased with the results. After a week, I decided to find a location that could “fix” my nails.
I went with Hawaiian Nails. They definitely were the best option! Very nice and extremely knowledgeable. I was offered several ideas and even a way that would not cost a fortune. Very pleased with the results!

Great experience! Hubby and I were in town early for a flight and decided to kill time with manis and pedis. It was before lunch on a Wednesday so no appointment was needed when I called. I was pleased to see 3 technicians ready and waiting for us when we arrived. I love when they do your manicure at the same time as someone else is doing the pedi so I don't feel like I'm at the nail place all day. I felt like the prices were very reasonable. We had the orange deluxe pedicure and I had a gel manicure and also got my eyebrows done. We had the best relaxing experience. I will definitely come back if passing through

Alanah (sorry if I spelled name wrong) is awesome. I called Friday May 31st because a stylist cancelled on me first thing in the morning. I was really looking forward to getting my haircut done that day, as I was doing a big chop on my thick wavy/curly hair. I called this place, and they were able to fit me in that day due to a cancellation. I was nervous especially since I was getting my hair cut pretty short, and showed Alanah the reference picture I had, but she seemed confident and not afraid to cut my hair like previous people I’ve dealt with, which definitely made me feel better about getting my cut done with her. She did an awesome job, and took her time with my hair which I appreciate. I was basically speechless after she got done, and in shock because I looked like a different person. The price of the cut, for how much she did, which included the haircut, washing, drying/styling my hair, was not bad at all. I expected it to be around 70$ish but it was 51$. Will definitely be making future appointments here.
Hands down the best facial in town! Christy has a beautiful spa and her professionalism is top notch. This is not a standard spa facial, she includes extras. If you don't know what the extras are then it's time to schedule. With every facial you will notice the extra attention to details. You will feel like her most important client. Wow! I’m impressed. From a real person answering the phone (as opposed to an interminable automated menu) to even better: an actual professional person with great phone etiquette (listened to my needs, rather than being pushy or dismissive) and sent professionals to deal with my carpenter bee issue and termite inspection. Their charges are reasonable, they were knowledgeable and didn’t waste my time or theirs but were thorough and detailed. I will be a repeat customer (hopefully not until my annual inspection is due!). Pluses: Single location, brick, and mortar within a mile of home, veteran and local owned. Their trucks, building and uniforms are tidy and prideful like their work. I received no discount or incentive to write this: Doing so of my own volition. They were able to get someone out within a couple of days. They have been extremely busy with the spring swarms, etc.. So I was thankful they were able to come so quickly. Trevor and I believe maybe Nate or Nathan? came out and they were the MOST PROFESSIONAL and KINDEST people I believe I have come in contact with in a long time, I was so impressed with their mannerisms, the professionalism, and thoroughness... They were so cooperative to explain everything to me, never making me feel any question I may have was stupid. I have been blessed thru the years to have some amazing people for appliance, plumbers, a/c, etc.. And now some of the kindest at Duncan's. Thank you all for the above and beyond attention. I was a walk-in the staff made me very comfortable. My previous experience with another doctor was horrible. The doctor and his assistant walked me through everything that was going on. The wait was not long at all, I did ask to be put on gas, but I like his technique I never knew he put the needle in. So far this was my best experience ever today I have officially switched dentist. This is a great place to safely leave your Pet And they will care for you and beloved pet in a homelike atmosphere. I have been using their service often to house my Dog Max. They are cooperative and take loving care of your pet for whatever services you need. Their housing is meticulous and no smells. David Martin is a skilled practitioner. Highly intuitive guy who often figures out the problem before you even know where it’s coming from. He massages with skill and care, plus he teaches you to keep from rein-jurying yourself when possible. I’ve recently moved out of state and I’m seriously missing his gifts. The environment he creates is quiet and relaxing, plus I also found his brand of humor hilarious. You will not be disappointed. But I am because he’s not in Illinois….sigh*
