After one week, we contacted Spectrum Tech and discovered that our problem started in England and went several other places before Joe Moreland was able to track all the paths down. He was able to open another account for us to operate with until each part was contacted to be able to pull our website, email and all the other parts back together. It was a champion project. Thankfully, he finished up today! In the process we realized the other assets that Spectrum Tech can bring to our business such as monthly monitoring and a new phone service. He added memory and can monitor and load more if necessary. He added an online service that will back up our files locally, in the event of the dreaded crash and keeps our computers virus free.
