January 22, 2025…most people loved this date. It snowed in Louisiana, and temperatures dropped to 7 degrees! However, at Catholic Presbyterian Apartments it caused a coil to burst and water flooded from the third floor to the first floor. It caused water damage to several apartments, storage and common areas. After water mitigation was completed came the task to find a general contractor. We were fortunate to locate Superior Flooring and Construction in Addis, LA. They are a full service company. This is an amazing company. They are so helpful and do everything that they can to make their costumers satisfied. I highly recommend for people to use this company for any type of remodel.

We recently renovated our kitchen, bathrooms, and game room. From the first meeting at our home, everyone at Superior Flooring (Kevin, Jeanne, Chris, and Lacey) listened to our needs/wants and was extremely helpful when making choices on designs. Even with all of the adjustments during construction, they were patient and flexible with us throughout the process, making it easy to get through. We appreciated their friendliness and desire to make sure we were happy with the outcome.
