From Wayne the owner, to Tim who headed the mitigation in our house, US Restoration was top notch. They were super knowledgeable and they did exactly what they said they would do. They even helped me with my insurance company regarding damaged cabinets, etc. When the job was complete, my house went from disaster to cleaned and free of mold. Would recommend them ALWAYS.

Our third day in our brand new house started with finding that our washing machine's hose had come loose and leaked water from our laundry room to our master bedroom. Chad with US Restoration was recommended to me VIA a Facebook tag. He called me, and arrived at our house within 20 mins. A few mins after arriving, he had the damaged carpet padding removed, and started the air movers and dehumidifier to dry out our baseboards and carpet. 3 days later, everything was dry and picked up. The next week our carpet was put back to normal.It feels like it never happened. Very prompt and thorough service. Very appreciative of the great service.
