Day 1 of our cross-country RV trip… and we’re already on the side of I-12 in Louisiana with an issue we knew wasn’t good. We pulled off the interstate, hoping to find an RV shop nearby—and we struck gold. Southern RV Pros was less than a mile away, but the real question was… could they help us today? From the moment we pulled in, their team was incredibly kind and genuinely cared about what we had going on. The front desk immediately got a tech involved, and within minutes he was out there diagnosing the issue. Even better? He had us back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Unbelievable service when we needed it most. We are so grateful we found Southern RV Pros. HUGE thank you to the entire team for taking care of us and saving our trip before it even really started!
CAN WE PUT MORE THAN 5 STARS? We had an electrical fault early on Friday, and I thought we couldn't continue our trip until Monday or Tuesday. I called 2 mobile mechanics, but both were super busy and couldn't promise they could help today. I took it to Jeff's very busy shop, and we were blown away by the service we got. Jeff and Max did a few diagnostics and had us on our way in 20 minutes. Max is an electrical wiz who should wear a cape to work. Both were super-knowledgable, very friendly, and extremely professional. If you have problems in Abita Springs, LA, this is the shop you want to take it to. Hi I recently had my RV repaired here. I can’t begin to tell you how awesome Jeff and the staff are here! I was informed during the entire process and always felt like I knew what was going on with my unit. The biggest time was waiting for parts but as soon as they came in, they were put on! It looked better than the if done at the factory. Time was an issue for me so we made a deadline at the beginning of the project. Jeff and his crew demolished that timeline!
