The number I call is for Dr Caswell and the girl on the phone is rude. Telling this is how it works and how we do things. She told me that I needed a referral to see Dr Kyle. So I got one faxed in so I called to see if they got it. So she told me yet again here's how we do things over here. Dr Kyle will look at the referral and if he accepts it I'll get an appointment. Ok so what's the point of sending a referral if he's just going to deny it. So I'm suffering here with my broken ankle and it's purple and now there's a bone. That's pushing out on the side of my leg and the top of my foot is also turning purple. I really need to get in to see this orthopedic but I guess...read full review
