Blane answered my call immediately and sent a tech to my daughter’s house very quickly. There was already another company there that gave her the bad news that she needed a whole new system and then charged her a service fee ( to apparently service the system ) which resulted in absolutely no change in the temperature. Blane’s tech stepped in and in a few minutes the system was blowing cold . The issues that were identified by the other company turned out to be non existent . !!!!! This is the second time Workman has bailed us out . This past winter I had a problem with heat in my aircraft hangar and Blane sorted it out in less than an hour . Other companies STILL have not sent me an estimate . I recommend Workman above any other hvac company .
After getting another ac company out during the heatwave, who gave us a laundry list of issues and a very high replacement and repair quote, Workman came out and repaired our ac Unit quickly and efficiently and also showed us how the “issues” the other company highlighted were non existent. We will only use this company from here on out.
