“We took in a pregnant stray cat on 10/18, on 10/19 Lemon saw our primary vet (Hebron Animal Hospital) who said all was well and the babies would come within the week. On 10/21 Lemon started to have diarrhea and vomiting. 10/22 at 7:30pm we called Hebron and they suggested we head to an ER. We chose GCVS and are glad we did. Great experience with the entire hospital. Front desk staffers were as kind as humans could be and put us in a room right away. Dr. Hogan was extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and took care of Lemon’s (They call her La’Mon) needs immediately. Didn’t push anything on us like some of these other reviews have said. Everything about their service was 5 stars. The negative reviews seem to be mostly situations where someone was unhappy with price or unfortunately their pet passed after care. This is terrible part of being a pet owner and happens at any Animal ER. I’d entrust this hospital with any of my 4 dogs lives and Lemon our new pregnant cat agrees!“

“Dr. Hodge has taken great care of my bulldog. She takes the time to examine and explore every option to avoid surgery. She wants what's best for my dog without trying to squeeze every penny out of me.“

“Thank you so much for taking care of my dogs. They are a little pricey but they love me dogs. Simeon my BMD had severe diarrhea for two days, It was a nightmare. Everything was back to normal right after the vet visit. I took him to the vet yesterday afternoon and they said He had an intestinal infection. They gave him a Baytril and Dexamethasone injection and put him on Metronidazole pills. It cleared it right up.
I recommend them 100%.“

“Dr. Noble and his staff are all great. They are compassionate with both my senior dogs who can be timid in vet settings. One is a pretty low maintenance dog health-wise and the other is high-maintenance with serious chronic health conditions. Dr. Noble is knowledgeable, approachable, and straightforward on the full spectrum of my questions and I trust what he tells me. Scheduling is convenient and even when moving back to town recently and re-establishing care, they were able to get us in within a few days. Yes, this is our second time with Carey Animal Hospital and it's a gem. I also love that it's a small, privately-owned clinic so the prices are reasonable and the level of personal care and attention is top-notch. Love that I can both support a local business and get high-quality care for my pups.“

“Staff are always friendly. Multiple ways to schedule appointments, all of them are quick and seamless. Pricing is fair. Have been here for multiple wellness/vaccine checks, nail grooming, and even a minimally invasive cherry eye surgery. This care facility is an absolutely fantastic place to take your dog. “We've been taking our animals to Dr. Huesing since 1990. We've moved several times since then and keep getting further away from his office. We live in Crittenden now, but I still make the trip to see Dr. Huesing. The office has always gotten us in quickly and the prices are very reasonable. He won me over when my kids were toddlers and we got a puppy from the pound. Two days after we got him home he started getting sick and was diagnosed with Parvo. We couldn't afford a huge vet bill and, long story short, Dr. Huesing kept the puppy at his office for 2 nights and gave the puppy medicine. He only charged me $30 for the medicine when the time came to put him out of his misery. He can be a little gruff at times, but it's only when he thinks you are doing something that is not in the best interest of your pet. He will tell you what he thinks, which I appreciate. I've tried other vets closer to home at times through the years, but I never cared for any of them as much as Dr. Huesing. His years of experience have made him very knowledgeable and I'm sure he's seen it all. His staff has been with him just about as long and they are wonderful as well.“

“Dr. Helen Garber has been wonderful each time we’ve gone in for wellness exams. What I do really appreciate is the staff will send you emails during the visit about different brands of food or hygiene items to try. FTAH is also very forthcoming about prices of procedures, exams, assessments and meds. I definitely feel like they treat my dog like a member of the family. Dr. Garber will talk with me, address Cash, “talk” with him, examine, spray cheese and whatever else which makes the overall experience feel better instead just a transaction. I may have been there a total of 30-40 minutes today which may seem like a while but truly I wasn’t being rushed out the door and all my questions were answered and follow up was communicated.“

“These folks were great! Our dog, Maddie, wasn't feeling well and our normal vet clinic, East Hills, could not see her that day but contacted Red Bank and they got us in that afternoon. We walked away feeling great about the care and Maddie now feels better!“
