Our dog had a cough ( very bad cough ) my wife took him here today . As soon as she came in the first part of the visit was about money !!! Then for a cough they wanted to do X-Rays . Then they figure everything up that they felt was necessary, which came to the grand total of almost 900 dollars , now mind you , our little boy hasn't even been seen yet . So I'm guessing this place is all about the money . My wife called me in a panic , I told her to take him to Ft Thomas , in 15 mins , after a visit , listen to him cough , took his temp . Determined in 15 mins he had Kennal Cough . Gave antibiotics, prescribed another med , and she was out the door , for 80... read full review

Once I arrive at the appointment and I explain to the vet tech my dog's situation, the vet tech takes my dog and says that they're going to do vital signs on her and "will let me know the game plan for her". 30 minutes go by and... read full review
