“This was such amazing experience!! I traveled from Texas, and was super lucky that they had space today to get me in. I am always super nervous about getting manicures and toes. Jen are so gentle and friendly. She did a beautiful (and speedy!) job with my French on my natural nails. I’m so sad I live so far, the atmosphere and service was amazing and I would absolutely come back.

“I’m a nail tech and I’m always so skeptical of getting my nails done by others. THIS BEAUTIFUL LADY CAME AND DID WHAT SHE HAD TO DO AND DID IT RIGHT!!? She was so gentle, paid so much attention to detail, and the environment was quiet and peaceful. You cannot beat these prices either. Shaping is beautiful and nail prep was very on point. Only reason I won’t come back is because I’m from Alabama :( I wish I lived near here because this SPOT IS THEEE SPOT!! Trust me!! 5/5 stars and I’m very picky! “Like some of the other reviews said, I would give The Polish Room 200 stars if I could. At this point, there is not another salon I would ever trust to do my nails. I have been to most large nail salons in the Cincinnati/Kentucky area over the years and The Polish Room is the best nail salon by far. Both Tammy and Cerise are so talented and they take so much pride in their work. The salon is incredibly clean and comfortable. They use the highest quality products and if you get the chance to make it on their books, take the opportunity, you wont regret it.“

I still have family in Independence so decided one day while I was in the area to go back and try it. I was glad that Don and Lisa were still there and that the quality and product were as good as I remembered. It’s with the drive from Mason! I highly recommend this place!“

“The male owner does my nails every visit and it's the best. He knows exactly how to make my nails the way I like and I NEVER have to give any input. I just sit back and let him do his thing. Its ALWAYS perfect. Best service AND value. The prices are very competitive. Family feel in the shop. Sometimes you can even look forward to visits and books read by their babies. the only negative is that there is no public restroom. The restroom is located in an area that they cannot allow customers. I dont mind ‍“

“They did a great job. The lady that did my nails didn't talk much but paid full attention to doing my nails. I love it.. lasted more than a month!“

“Henry was fabulous! He was kind and patient while I picked my color, and he paid attention to detail around the edges of my nail. He made sure the top was even and I didn’t have any polish sticking to my skin at the end! He asked me what shape I wanted and made sure that they were how I wanted them. The clear top coat of the dip did start coming off 2 nails a week after I got my nails done, but otherwise I love them! ?
