10/10 recommend! Great response time and friendly staff. They send a text ahead with a picture of the plumber so you know who is coming to your house. He explained what was wrong so I could potentially fix it myself next time. We will call them again next time we need a plumber.

Our water hose spigot broke off of our pipe inside our concrete wall. I reached out to Dixon and they responded quickly and were able to come next day to fix it. They sent text updates of who would be coming, when they would be here and when they were done. Andy was very nice and super helpful. He was quick, efficient, and didn’t have to disrupt us at all. He was able to fix our spigot and my kiddos couldn’t be happier as we roll into the summer with a working hose. We will definitely be calling them for any and all future needs!
