“New to Northern KY. While have been receiving regular dental care at home, recently developed a painful condition that needed to be checked out asap. Saw on my insurance website these guys had good reviews. So called and they were able to see me same day! It's a busy practice, so not sure how often they can take a new emergency patient, but they did it for me. The dental assistant seemed very attentive taking my dental/medical history and Dr Marlette also seemed to listen carefully and address my issues. He recommended a very conservative/inexpensive initial path forward with an understanding should my pain return or persist I should call them and return. Before departing I was offered a return appointment for cleaning and regular exam less than a month out, but that day had a potential conflict for me, so I accepted an appointment a bit more than two months out. That was my experience so far. They fully met my expectations, so they earned this 5 star review.“

“While no one looks forward to going to the dentist, the team at Beiting Family Dentistry makes it as positive an experience as possible! The entire team is friendly, responsive, and efficient! There is NEVER a long wait (if there is a wait at all)! Dr. Beiting takes the fear and pain out of each procedure. I just got a filling done and was in and out in under 30 minutes! I have fairly severe TMJ issues and Dr. Beiting does whatever it takes to not irritate my joint, including frequent pauses to give my jaw a rest. The Beiting practice is professional and ethical! I don’t trust anyone else to do my dental work!“

“I will never go anywhere else! I am extremely terrified of getting teeth pulled and not being numb all the way and feeling that pain, I finally came to a point where I had to have 2 back molars removed as they had broke off so much they were to the gums and were starting to hurt! I decided to give Independence Family Dental a try and made an appointment, I am sitting in the chair scared to death (mind you I’m not scared of to much) trying to stay and appear calm Dr. Masters came in and starts talking to me and he has the most amazing bedside manner and he could sense that I was very scared and took the time to make sure that I was numb and also gave me an option to get a novacain shot that lasted 6 hours and I took it and after he made sure I was numb he proceeded with getting the 2 teeth out and also explained to me that he needed to put in a few stitches and that they would dissolve in a few days. Can I say that Dr. Masters is completely Fantastic!! I had to make another appointment 2 months after having the teeth removed for some bone left from the teeth that needed removing and again Dr. Masters to my rescue he had the same bedside manner he had on my first visit and he took great care of me, come to find out it wasn’t bone but I must have scraped my gums in the back of my mouth and exposed my jaw bone and he made sure that he explained what it was and the best way to resolve the issue would be to shave/file down the piece of bone spur so that my gum could heal properly and close up as it was extremely painful where the gum was broke open from the bone spur breaking through! Dr. Masters will be the one and only dentist that I work with for the rest of my days he is really just a super kind and gentle dentist!“

“I am incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Shearer over a decade ago. She consistently values her patients, demonstrated by her hiring of high-quality staff and use of state-of-the-art equipment. I've never felt rushed or had unnecessary work done. I also appreciate being seen at my scheduled time, unlike other practices that double-book, causing 30-45 minute waits. I understand this approach might cost Dr. Shearer financially when patients cancel last minute, resulting in a cancellation fee, which I fully support.
