I had a great experience with Tim fixing an issue I was having with my heat pump defrosting properly. Very glad that I went with Hype to get this resolved and I highly recommend Hype to anyone having HVAC issues.
Over many, many years being a home owner and using various companies for various problems, HYPE HVAC by far is the best. Tim and Dale are excellent technicians! They are friendly, considerate and very knowledgeable. I’m very pleased with them and their high quality of service.
They were the only company that answered my call and I actually talked to Tim. The weather was in single digits and I was needing help that day. He said he could have someone out there about 1 o'clock and he was on time. He found the problem but the part was in Louisville. Tim said he would head that way and have the part out there about 5:30. Got to the house on time and had the part in quick. Tim and he's people where very dependable and went out of their way to get the job done.
