We have been having Extra Touch cleaning our Carpets for several years now. Shane takes so much pride in his work and does an excellent job!! He is always so careful with our belongings, he is ontime, trust worthy, and we are planning on having him again in a few months.
Shane from Extra Touch has been doing my carpets for years. I tried other carpet cleaners before him and they would do an adequate job but, I never felt like they did a great job. When Shane showed up the first time he took the time needed to get my carpets and upholstery CLEAN. I had never seen someone so detail oriented in his profession and I've never looked anywhere else again. He's always gone above and beyond to do the job right and has always been very professional every time I've had him come. I also had a flood in my basement this last year and he came in and repaired the area without any issues. His cost is comparable to other servicers and maybe even a little below. Sometimes it takes a little bit to get in on his schedule but, I can see that is usually, because he does such a good job and takes the time he needs to do his jobs thoroughly. I've seen it with my own home. However, if I tell him I've got a deadline for a gathering of some sort, he does his best to get it done in time so I appreciate that too. Most of all, I trust having him in my home and recommend his services without reservation.
