First of all the communication from the owner is an absolute 5 star, she is the redeeming grace for the 3 star review. She is phenomenal. She reached out in less than 24 hours, and was at my home within 48 hours. She was timely, kind, and very accepting to my needs for this very large job.I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. For a deep clean she quoted me 600 dollars. I agreed to this price because my house was an absolute mess and needed a lot of assistance with dusting and cleaning. Natalie worked with me to estimate a deep clean for our camper. We purchased it from the owner as-is because we needed it fast. We are moving into it while our house is being built. Despite never having done a camper, her team did a fantastic job! It was very reasonably priced and included shampooing all of the carpet and soft furnishings. We needed a camper we purchased from the owner deep cleaned. I called every auto detailing and RV company in the area. No one offered this service. I finally found Natalie and 2 Girls and a Broom. I explained what we needed and despite never having taken on a job like this, Natalie worked with me to estimate the work and get it done! It looks fantastic, and smells fresh and clean! Highly recommend for cleaning services, and if you're an RV owner who wants their interior deep cleaned, this team is the one. They took their time and did it right. I'm very particular when it comes to a clean living space, and I have no complaints.
