The heat went out at my mother-in-laws in Tompkinsville during a very cold spell. She has COPD, is on a concentrator and can't tolerate cold well. I called Fords, very friendly, they worked us in and sent someone the same day. The technician, Tyler, was great. He communicated well (I'm an hour away), found the problem and had us up again the next day (had to order a part). He also went out of his way to get temp heat going for her. I appreciate their help greatly and can whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone.

Tyler, the technician, was awesome as well as the people at the main office! Prompt service as was promised, and he had the replacement part on his truck. He had us up and running in about an hour! Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC repairs!

I started having issues with my old system at my business. They came promptly and checked it and ended up having to purchase a new one during the hottest week we’ve had! Mark and crew got it ordered and installed the next day!! Greatly appreciated it.
