I went to several hairdressers after she left, but was never satisfied until I decided to take the drive back to her. Finally a received a haircut to my liking again. I'm so glad I decided to go back to her, even if I had to drive to the next city. It was all worth it.“

Everyone here was so kind and it was a really homely vibe for me personally. I'm on the road alone lot so I don't get to interact with people often anymore. I really enjoyed that aspect.

Prices were very fair too. I paid $100 which included the shampoo and blow dry too. I definitely paid extra cause she took the rest of my braids out that I couldn't before hand.

“I was looking for a different place to get a manicure, and I found Prism. I booked online and I realized I did it wrong I message the site and Mariah was super helpful and understanding. When I went I had the best experience, she was friendly and did an amazing job on just regular polish. I love how she leaves my nails, it lasts long and they look amazing.

“Had never been here before but really needed my nails done and was so busy leading up to Thanksgiving that I didn't have time to book an appt where I live in Arizona. I used to live in Columbus and loved going to W Nail Bar. I looked for something similar in Cincy and found Spruce. I could tell by the website that I'd love it. I was able to make it in for a mani and pedi and I felt so spoiled the entire time I was here. They have a pleasing aesthetic and multiple nail techs who make friendly conversation. Bonus that they are located next door to Deeper Roots- a fave of mine! I REALLY want to give them 5 stars, but unfortunately the gel on my nails started chipping less than a week later (my toes are still going strong, luckily!). I would give them another chance at the nails, but I'm used to my places lasting 3-4 weeks for gel. So given the price I paid, I was surprised it started to chip closely after my appointment. And the downside of not living close by is that I couldn't go in and have it touched up. But I'd love to go back next time I'm in Cincy, even if it's just for a pedicure, which was fabulous!“
