They listened and understood my concerns, validated my feelings, and worked with me on a dental care plan that I was comfortable with. Ashley went above and beyond making me feel safe and heard. Dr. Vaughan was thorough and explained each step in the process beautifully. Very thankful to have found this practice and I look forward to having them as my care providers!“

“My family has been going here since 2016 and we've always had very positive experiences. We've never had any billing issues, our appointment times are always prompt, and Dr. Gosnell and his team always do a great job. They assessed a small chip and had it filled in like nothing happened in about 25 minutes. While I was in the chair they had already run the procedure through my insurance and had my estimated portion due ready for me by the time I left. I would highly recommend!“

“New to Northern KY. While have been receiving regular dental care at home, recently developed a painful condition that needed to be checked out asap. Saw on my insurance website these guys had good reviews. So called and they were able to see me same day! It's a busy practice, so not sure how often they can take a new emergency patient, but they did it for me. The dental assistant seemed very attentive taking my dental/medical history and Dr Marlette also seemed to listen carefully and address my issues. He recommended a very conservative/inexpensive initial path forward with an understanding should my pain return or persist I should call them and return. Before departing I was offered a return appointment for cleaning and regular exam less than a month out, but that day had a potential conflict for me, so I accepted an appointment a bit more than two months out. That was my experience so far. They fully met my expectations, so they earned this 5 star review.“

“I cannot sing high enough the praises of Dr. Damron and his staff. Across the board they are just exceptional. Dr. Damron is kind, funny, and his expertise shines, whether it's dental/periodontal health or cosmetic concerns. His staff is awesome - super friendly and helpful. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate some special needs I have and I will be forever grateful for Dr. Damron and his team. The office is clean and well taken care of - and they have air purifiers! (Should be standard practice for healthcare facilities IMO).

“I had an unfortunate experience with your receptionist, Billie. When I called to inquire about cleaning services, she interrupted me and abruptly stated that this was a dentist's office. Her tone was quite harsh, which left me feeling dismissed. I believe she may have misunderstood my inquiry, possibly thinking I was asking about house cleaning.

I would suggest that she be reminded of the importance of listening to patients and responding with a more considerate tone, as effective communication is key in her role.

I don't feel it is right to take away any stars over my 1 minute interaction. I just felt like you should know.“
