However, there have been instances of unprofessionalism, such as last-minute cancellations and miscommunication. Despite this, the barbershop provides affordable services and has received positive reviews for its haircuts.
Had a wonderful experience today with my 4 year old son. Everyone was super friendly, kind, and gave a super fly haircut for my son for an excellent price ! Thanks again! We will be back!
Rooster was amazing! So nice to my boys, so respectful, and so dang talented! He gave both my boys a huge transformation! We’ve seen many barbers but these guys did the best job! The They even have great entertainment for the kids, which was a huge help! Thank y’all so much!
I just received an email to cancel the appointment at 5pm after the appointment was at 11am today! That's completely unprofessional. He is 77 years old and he went to the appointment not knowing you were not open. Your confirmation email should NEVER had been sent if the business was not going to be open. It clearly stats if he doesn't show up or cancel his appointment that you will charge him and I believe your company owes him a FREE cut and shave for the time and money he wasted coming to an appointment that was confirmed and no one was there.
