“We used deck vet four our cats when I was a child, now I live across town and since trying other vets near me I will only use deck vet now. They are reasonable, compassionate people and have realistic expectations for what procedures should and shouldn't be done. They aren't going to upsell you just for the extra money like some other vet offices are more than happy to do. They also have great hours of operation. Deck vet is worth the drive from any part of Louisville.“

“I have a dog that really doesn't like strangers, he's very reactive towards them. Going to the vet is always a nightmare, but they made everything so easy! The staff were so patient with him and came up with ideas to help him feel more comfortable. By the end of the appointment, he had made friends with the vet and multiple techs and was even able to get an injection without any sedatives or other drastic measures. I'm so used to vets dismissing us, not even doing a basic exam, sending us home with more prescriptions to get him to be more sedated next time and I can tell that they're annoyed that he's being so difficult but not Access Vet Care! They were amazing, I'd recommend them to anyone!“

“Its a very good facility with excellent doctors for your pets. Everything is great. With that said, it will cost you big time. A typical ECG and eval will run you $850 . I can go get that for myself cheaper. This is the times we live in, you love your pet, what are you going to do.“
