So disappointed! Sarah was fine but surroundings are definitely not luxurious. But prices are the same as places that are truly luxurious. I paid for a "haircut" that was barely a dusting of the ends. Asked for root touch up and got charged for "all over color." When I talked to office manager she was not at all conciliatory but was quite defensive. I won't be going back!

Sarah does a wonderful job and i can ALWAYS trust that I’m going to walk out of there happy! Love Haven and Sarah!
