Can't say enough good things about Woodhouse! I took my 4y/o to get her nails done. She's had a terrible experience with another nail salon before. Her nail tech Mackenzie was so nice and gentle with her! She took the time to explain what she was doing so my daughter felt more at ease. It was definitely a very calm and wonderful experience for the both of us
The Woodhouse is always accommodating and friendly. I have gotten everything from a 50 minute pedicure to a 2 hour massage, and each time I leave feeling refreshed. When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted with tranquil music, a plush robe, and a delicious beverage (my favorite is the cranberry hibiscus tea). There is nothing like the Woodhouse in Somerset!
I’m giving 3 stars because the young lady who did my facial was very sweet but for the price I was pretty disappointed. I’ve been to the Woodhouse in other areas and loved it. Not the case in Summerset. Basically I was escorted upstairs to the waiting room where I was not offered anything to drink. I wasn’t even offered anything after the service. Lastly I had to escort myself to check out but there was no one at the reception so I had to stand there and wait. I felt as if I was interrupting their day! I will not be returning. Next time I will go to Lexington.
