We were in a REAL bind tonight while getting ready for both sides of our families' Christmas parties, and the kitchen sink (on both sides) finally clogged shut completely, after years of grease buildup, slower and slower draining, and with sour odors we could never get rid of ! My daughter was busy making food when everything came to a screeching halt because of the blocked drain. We tried using a plunger, vinegar and baking soda, Drano gel, and scalding hot water, all to no avail. So we started calling around and decided on Legacy. They answered the phone promptly and said they could be out in about 1 hour. Shane and his son were super friendly and very professional. They used all 35 ft of their "snake" device to get through the muck! The sink hasn't drained this freely since it was first installed, lol. They came prepared to do a thorough cleanup as well, and their pricing was very reasonable, considering this was an emergency. I highly recommend Legacy for plumbing issues! Thank you Shane !“
