The customer care at Lake Pointe is outstanding, I have never had such a great experience at the dentist. It was easy to make an appointment, the check in process is a breeze and the staff are all very welcoming. Bridgette went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable; she was very professional and friendly. Bridgette also went as far as to follow up with a phone call to see how I was doing, later in the day after my appointment. As someone who has always struggled with their dental appointment anxiety, I feel like I have finally found somewhere that I can be at ease, which is huge for me. I would 100% recommend Lake Pointe to anyone.

In December of 2022 I fell and hit my mouth on a wooden step in our dining room. It broke my big front tooth in half, knocked the other big front tooth, plus the one beside it out of socket. The staff got me worked in the same day. Long story short, after 6 weeks with a dental splint holding my teeth in place, mending my broken mandible, two root canals, and another 3 months healing, today this long journey has ended with a crown on my broken tooth. Dr. Jayme helped heal me physically and mentally. She and her staff, from techs to receptionists, are so wonderful. They treat you with immense kindness and uplifting encouragement! I can't thank them enough!! If I could give them 10 stars I would! I highly recommend them to anyone needing exceptional care.💙
