It's the best place I'm somerset, KY to get haircut most friendly wemon there never a dull moment while experiencing what was the best environment for adults and children especially your elderly parents they are highly qualified staffing to handle any an all needs of getting your trim on if you didn't know better you would think I had family working there.

My first time at HALO and only having a rough idea of what I wanted had to be guided by the stylist. Monica was absolutely wonderful, helpful and really made me feel like I had made the right choice, she listened and delivered exactly what she said.
